Per our policy, patients must pay outstanding balances in full prior to being seen. If you have an outstanding balance with us, please reach out to our office as soon as possible. We offer a variety of options to assist you in resolving your balance, including payment plans.

If you have not seen us within the past 3 years, please book your appointment as a New Patient, as our system might not recognize accounts older than 3 years.
